Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the p07 platform on any device — including a desktop, smartphone, or tablet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy.
Your continued use of this platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the p07 platform immediately.
P07 services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use is lawful under the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
P07 services are strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access p07's full suite of services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user may only hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
During registration, you must provide your full legal name, accurate date of birth, and verifiable contact details. p07 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. You must ensure that no other party accesses your account without your permission.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact p07's support team immediately. p07 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
P07 platform users agree to use this service in a responsible, ethical, and legally compliant manner. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without notice:
Technical Prohibitions
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage p07's systems
- Using cheating techniques or manipulation in games
- Attempting to exploit any bugs or system vulnerabilities
Prohibited Conduct
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Transferring or selling your account to another party
- Accessing another user's account without written authorisation
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the p07 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including local bank transfers and approved e-wallets. p07 reserves the right to add or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. p07 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed, in line with compliance requirements.
All successfully processed deposits credited to an account are final and non-reversible. Any transaction disputes must be reported to p07's support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be processed.

- Withdrawals to accounts under the user's name only

- Successful deposits are final
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Liability Limits
P07 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of revenue, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. p07's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the p07 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and graphics — is the exclusive property of p07 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent from p07.
Account Suspension
P07 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or for legal compliance reasons. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact the support team for further clarification. Any valid balance in a terminated account will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Third-Party Links, Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The p07 platform may contain links to or integrations with certain third-party services. p07 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third party's terms and privacy policy before use.
Any transactions or interactions between users and third parties fall outside the scope of p07's responsibility, and we shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such interactions.
Amendments to Terms & Conditions
P07 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision in this document be found invalid, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
